Welcome to the ethical channel of the Abertis Foundation

Why does the ethical channel of the Abertis Foundation exist?

To strengthen integrity in our way of acting.

The mailbox is created with the aim of promoting compliance with the Abertis Groups’ code of ethics (applicable also to the Abertis Foundation) and the regulations that apply to it.



For the prevention and detection of irregularities

It is a secure and bidirectional channel that promotes collaboration between the Ethics and Criminal Prevention Committee and the employees of the Abertis Foundation in order to protect the Foundation’s ethical culture.



To guarantee the confidentiality, security and integrity of communications

Only members of the Ethics and Criminal Prevention Committee of the Abertis Foundation can access the ethical channel. In addition, this guarantees integrity in the handling of the complaint/query, ensuring that it can be securely traced from the time it is initiated until it is resolved.

We protect the anonymity of any employee sending a complaint/query via the digital environment.


Who manages the ethical channel of the Abertis Foundation?

The Ethics and Criminal Prevention Committee will handle the complaints and queries. Its members are subject to the principles of: honour, autonomy, confidentiality, objectivity, equity, audience and non-reprisal.


What can be communicated?

Any person who has a relationship with the Abertis Foundation, may consult or report allegations regarding possible irregularities in the compliance of applicable regulations.
